God's Promises for the American Patriot - Book Review

God's Promises for the American Patriot - Deluxe Edition by Dr. Richard G. Lee and Jack Countryman, published by Thomas Nelson

God's Promises has got to be THE most beautiful book that I have seen in a very long time.

For more than 200 years God's promises have led our country - but it does not seem as if the people today are letting him. The government has taken God out of almost everything and I believe that is one of the main reasons that America is failing our people.

This book is full of great patriot stories from Martin Luther King Jr, Dwight D Eisenhower, Daniel Webster and many many more. As with each story, there are also great scriptures to go along with each one.

Every AMERICAN needs to read this book and get back to the roots of what God and America together MEANS!!

No He Can't - Book Review

No He Can't: How Barack Obama Is Dismantling Hope and Change by Kevin McCullough

I, for one among thousands, do NOT like Obama and believe that he has run this country into the ground. And this book did NOT change my mind about him as I knew it wouldn't.

I've never really paid attention to all the goings on in Washington until Obama became president. I do NOT respect him and will NOT put the word president before his name. But as soon as our country started going to the dogs I rose up to pay more attention.

This book is very well written, readable and easy to understand. It is a MUST read for ALL Americans, both those who do not like him and for the ones who voted for him. It will give a better understanding on most issues.

Unsinkable - Book Review

For most kids age 16 embarking on a journey such as this would scare the heck out of them but Abby knew EXACTLY what she wanted and what she was doing. She may have been 16 in age but well beyond that in common sense. This book is a must read for everyone, especially teenagers. This book is proof that dreams can become realities. I love the fact that this book includes real photos of Abby and her family.

Reading this book is like you are right there in the boat with Abby discovering all the same things and feelings that she did. Abby is an amazing young woman.

This is a very interesting book and I suggest that everyone read it.
